Thanks, Loren! Oof, I wish you hadn’t had to experience similar things as my dad. I can’t imagine what marriage to someone like this would be like. He keeps telling me that now time is going so fast…I wanted to say, well, maybe it’s because you’re not wishing it away or being actively berated by someone. I refrained, though.

The role reversal comment is so spot-on, too. I’ve definitely felt that way over the past few months.
